What are the rates yo offer?

We offer a tailored rate to your business needs, by reviewing how your business processes credit cards, what industry category you fall under, if you are a CFIB member or if there are any special programs offered by major card brands that you may take advantage of such as: Gas, Emerging Market, Every Day Spend, Charity, Utility, etc.

Will you raise my rate?

No. Mondo Payments will not be raising the processing rate, however, the interchange rates may change as new card type are added by the major card brands such as: VISA, Mastercard, Amex.

What is the cancellation penalty?

The processing contract has no cancellation penalty at any time, we keep our clients with great service and guarantee them the best possible rate. If a client does choose a terminal lease to own then they will simply need to pay off the remaining months of the terminal contract.

How long is the application approval process?

If we receive a fully completed application along with all supporting documents your request will be processed within 24 hours.

When I get my new terminal, is it ready for immediate use?

Yes, all payment terminals are work-ready and if you need assistance, we’ll be glad to offer free training for all functionalities. Every terminal comes with a quick user guide in the box, so if it’s enough, you may process your first card payment right away!

When will my funds be deposited?

If you settle/close your transaction with us the day before 10 pm EST, the money will be deposited the next business day.

Do you charge a fee to deposit my funds?

No, we do not charge any push fund fee.

What are your support times?

24 hours, 7 days a week. No exceptions!

Do you offer American Express?

We offer the Amex Opt Blue program and we will price and settle all your Amex transactions. There is no need for two merchant accounts and two deposits each day. We provide you with everything you need in the same settlement for you. One relationship with us at Mondo Payments is all you need for your processing needs.

What are the rates you offer?

Do you have an E-Commerce solution?

Yes, we offer full e-commerce solutions for you to be able to take payments on your website.​

Yes, we offer a smartphone application for your phone or tablet, so you’re on-the-go business can take payments anywhere, anytime.

Do you offer a USD merchant account?

Yes, if you are a Canadian business taking USD currency transactions, we can deposit funds into a USD currency bank account.
